By booking or participating in any service, event, workshop or offering with Held by Nicole you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services offered

Held by Nicole provide holistic wellness, energetic and transformational experiences including but not limited to:

• Intuitive massage

• Reiki

• Breath work

• Sound healing and sound baths

• Chakra balancing

• Meditation

• Energy healing

• Women’s circles

• Workshops

• Events

• Online sessions

These services are complementary wellness experiences and are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, counselling or healthcare services.

Personal responsibility

Participation in all services and events is voluntary. Clients accept full responsibility for their physical, emotional, energetic and mental well-being before, during and after participation.

Held by Nicole does not guarantee specific outcomes, healing results or transformational experiences.

Contraindications and medical conditions

Certain services may not be suitable for individuals with specific medical or psychological conditions.

Breathwork, energy work and transformational practices may not be appropriate for the individuals experiencing:

• Epilepsy or seizures

• Serious cardiovascular conditions

• High blood pressure

• Respiratory conditions

• Pregnancy

• Severe PTSD

• Psychosis

• Schizophrenia

• Bipolar disorder

• Severe anxiety or panic disorders

• Recent surgeries or physical injuries

• Serious mental health conditions

Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant conditions before participation.

Emotional and energetic release

Clients acknowledge that services may involve emotional, energetic and physical responses including:

• Shaking

• Tingling sensations

• Emotional release

• Fatigue

• Nervous system activation

• Trauma responses

• Dizziness

• Energetic sensations

• Emotional discomfort

• Altered emotional states

Participants understand these experiences may continue after sessions or events as integration occurs.

Women-only services

Most services and offerings are provided exclusively for women unless otherwise stated for specific reasons or couples offerings.

Held by Nicole reserves the right to refuse bookings inconsistent with the intended nature of this space.

Event participation

Participants agree to contribute to a respectful, supportive and safe environment during all group events, workshops and women’s circles.

Bullying, harassment, aggression, intoxication, inappropriate behaviour or destruction will result in removal from the event without refund.

Confidentiality in group spaces

Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding personal stories, emotional experiences and information shared by others during events or circles.

Booking and cancellation policy

All bookings and event purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Rescheduling may be offered with a minimum of 48 hours notice depending on availability.

Held by Nicole reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events if necessary.

Late arrivals

Late arrival may result in a reduced session time to avoid impacting following bookings.

Liability waiver

Held by Nicole is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, emotional distress, illness, allergic reaction or outcome resulting from participation in any service, event or offering.

Participation occurs voluntarily and entirely at the clients own risk.

Intellectual property

All website content, branding, service names, written content, programs and materials belonging to Held by Nicole remain intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.

Waiver and informed consent agreement

By booking, attending or participating in any service, session, workshop or event with Held by Nicole I acknowledge and agree to the following.

I understand that Held by Nicole provide holistic, energetic, spiritual and somatic wellness experiences including intuitive massage, Reiki, Breathwork, tantra, sound healing, meditation, chakra balancing, women’s circles, energy healing and transformational events.

I understand the services are complementary wellness practices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical or psychological conditions.

I acknowledge that participation may involve intense emotional, physical or energetic experiences including emotional release, crying, shaking, tingling sensations, fatigue, trauma responses, altered emotional states or nervous system activation.

I understand that results and experiences vary between individuals and no guarantees are made regarding outcomes or healing.

I confirm that I am voluntarily participating and accept full responsibility for my physical, emotional, energetic and mental well-being before, during and after participation.

I confirm that I have disclosed all relevant medical, psychological and physical conditions that may impact my ability to safely participate.

I understand that breathwork and certain energetic practices may not be suitable for individuals with epilepsy, cardiovascular conditions, pregnancy, respiratory conditions, severe PTSD, psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder or other serious medical or mental health conditions.

I understand that Held by Nicole reserves the right to refuse participation if safety concerns arise.

I understand that tantra sessions provided by Held by Nicole are strictly non-sexual holistic wellness experiences and agree to maintain respectful boundaries at all times.

I release and discharge Held by Nicole, it’s facilitators, assistance and representatives from any liability, claims, demands, damages, actions or courses of actions arising from participation in services or events.

I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and undertaken entirely at my own risk.

By booking or attending, I confirm that I have read, understood and voluntarily agreed to these terms.
