This is a deeply immersive, energetic experience. Designed to calm the nervous system, clear stagnant energy and guide you into a meditative state of deep restoration, healing and reconnection.
Through vibration, frequency and sound, the body is gently brought into a state where emotional, physical and energetic tension can begin to soften, release and realign. Many people experience emotional release, visions, deep relaxation, energetic shifts, heightened intuition, and a feeling of returning back home to themselves.
Each session is intuitively guided and lead by the energy present in the moment. I work with sound as medicine, allowing the frequencies to move through the body, chakras and energetic field exactly where they are needed most.
